Jeremy got a record high price for my property. I had interviewed two other BCS brokers before listing with Jeremy. Both of their list prices were significantly lower than Jeremy’s market analysis and suggested list price. Jeremy also provided the rationale for why the location and size of the property was unique and should command a higher price than just recent comps in the Bryan/College Station would suggest. His analysis was right on and got the higher price.

Jeremy’s patient and timely negotiating skills successfully led to a sale of two separately owned properties of my family to the single buyer who wanted the entire property.
